A digital platform co-designed with and for young people living with chronic or serious illness. The app was created to strengthen community, simplify event planning, and offer personal tools for reflection and connection. Through workshops, interviews, and prototyping, we developed features like a customizable event calendar, onboarding for new members, and "Mit SygtStærke Øjeblik" a reflective space for users to capture meaningful moments.
